Basically, it's about the education system in Europe, and how it's doing quite badly. I thought it was interesting, not only because it concerns education, but because I'm on a European bender. As in, studying/reading about Europe (national identities, Jacobean drama, French politics, German history, etc.).

So yeah, no discussion really, just felt like trying to expand your knowledge base.
