exercise due to stupidity (told in Heminway-esque form)

I drove to the U today. I had forgotten that I had driven by the time I was done with everything. I walked 10 blocks in one direction before I remembered that I had driven, so I turned around and walked 12 blocks back. I could've been home half an hour earlier.

That'll teach you for never calling me back!

LOL! I have done many similar things, however, I wouldn't admit them on my blog! Actually, I probably would, however, I always choose to forget about them!

But did you come back with a big fish? That's the real question.

If you're referring to the call that took place about 11:00 PM Saturday night, I didn't answer/call you back because I was either in Indiana, Illinois, or Wisconsin at the time, in a van, with lots of other people, while also roaming. When I listened to the message, it was after the fact, so no need to call.

And no, I didn't get a big fish.

And what were you expecting to do about Sunday School...I see you're leaving it up completely to Dave and me? (cough, cough...especially that one Sunday when you were SUPPOSE to give the lesson...cough, cough...but never showed up...cough, cough...which now leaves two Sundays you didn't show up and didn't notify me...cough, cough).

I've missed two Sundays for two legitimage reasons:

1. First Sunday I missed was because I was sick...sometime in the early morn was vomiting and got precious little sleep. However, my parents informed Dave, and it was zesty. Plus, the week before, you Dusty were not there.

2. That same Sunday where I was there and you weren't, I told Dave about the fencing trip.

Now what does not constitute as a legitimate excuse? Calling your fellow teachers at 11 pm Saturday night saying you might not be there (not leaving any reason on the phone either), only because you're going to see another bishop.
